FLOW A增加每节上课时长
本期仅面向中文私教课，且仅支持 30→60。用户只选目标时长，系统匹配课程（同时长取创建最新）。系统校验原老师能否从同一开始时间向后延长，并覆盖生效日起全部后续固定课；任一不满足即结束自助流程，进入联系辅导老师结果页。不支持改时间、换老师或合并每周课次。

For eligible Chinese 1-on-1 courses, this release supports 30→60 only. Students pick duration; the system matches the course (newest if tied). It checks whether the current instructor can extend every future weekly class from the same start time. If any class cannot extend, self-service ends and the student is guided to their academic advisor. Changing times, switching instructors, and combining weekly classes are out of scope.
